Campanile Lens Noyelles Godault

We travel with our dog and prefer to have rooms on the ground floor. We made a trip to four b&b hotel and this one was the worst. We didn’t have any extra pillows and the outside is very noisy.

Pension was located 2km from my training place. Clean and very quiet room. Pleasantly surprised by the quiet (my room was located at the back of the hotel). Breakfast great, good and complete. The lady at the front desk is friendly. I'm very glad I made this Pension Choice.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the receptionist who said we had to pay a security deposit. We did this on the understanding that it would be returned to us. This was not the case and has resulted in me paying for the room twice. On top of that the air-conditioning wasn't working which made the room too uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep. Asked for a fan, none available. This was our first stay in a B&B hotel and will certainly be our last.
