Metropole

We stayed just one night on our way through France and were very pleased with our choice of hotel. It is in a great location: easy to find, free parking on the street outside and a very short stroll to the centre of town. We were a group of two families and were given three adjacent rooms to create a suite. All three rooms had an ensuite WC and shower: all were scrupulously clean, modern and well equipped. The bedrooms were a little old fashioned in decor, but also very clean and this is more important to me. The owners were very helpful, with excellent suggestions to keep the children amused and for eating out. We would certainly stay again.

Hotel well located and easy to find. Owner/reception person polite but not particularly warm. Hotel is pretty old fashioned but fine for a 2 star. Bedroom very spacious and peaceful, no bath but showerroom/toilet excellent with good toileteries. Beds comfortable. Did not have breakfast as payment was required in advance and we just were not sure whether we would want it in the morning. Parking on street outside the hotel fairly readily available. This hotel was fine for a one night stop not sure if I would recommend it for a longer stay.
