Ace Hotel Riom

Hotel with private parking very well located near the highway. Many dining options nearby. 3 big problems during THIS stay: - the baseboards and the top of the closet were filthy; - the door to my room (after housekeeping) was not latched, so it was enough to simply push it to open it!!! (room 314); - the scrambled eggs seemed to be from the day before because the texture was not soft! I will not return there.

Booked the room for one night from August 17 to 18 In this room a strong smell of wet carpet, we reported it but no more rooms available, we can understand that…. Spent the night in this room with this unpleasant smell, a leak at the shower which was wetting the carpet No commercial gesture was made, I was only told that a plumber was going to stop by….. yes Great and? We are disappointed, it was the place where we stopped every vacation😢

The welcome in this hotel where I stayed one night for the Christmas period is just perfect! very professional whether it be the young man receptionist or the smiling morning lady wearing the Christmas cap 😊. I very much appreciated their concerns to please us and make our stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet is just great, there was absolutely nothing missing , from scrambled eggs to pastries, to fresh squeezed juice. The room was very quiet , the bed ultra comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable. I am glad to have chosen this hotel among others nearby. It was really worth the price/quality ratio.
