BEST WESTERN PREMIER HOTEL PRINCESSE FLORE

Room was very good, comfortable bed, good linen, everything very clean. Dinner disappointing - too much style and not enough substance . Steak overcooked. Fish tasteless. Check-in staff smiley and helpful. Eye contact and smiles make such a difference!

I am surprised by some comments. How to review a 5 star hotel offering comfortable illustrious rooms for less than 120€? Can we find this elsewhere? I don't think so! I had a wonderful welcome from Ajandro. All staff are smiling and hi whenever they meet a guest. Large room all length. Bedding with mattress pad, ultra comfortable. Preparation of the room by the governess around 7pm. Nice bathroom. Nice breakfast. Beautiful SPA for 20€ Large outdoor public parking of the city where hotel garage. For my room 207 full length the TV was really too small. I'll be back.

Welcoming is really not up to the standard of the establishment.You say hello and only one person in 3 deigns to answer you. Unacceptable. Why so many stars for a Welcoming like this!!!!! I'm never going back.
