Ace Hotel Issoire

Arrived at the hotel at 15.00hrs met at reception by the most unpleasant little man who beside being very rude he was very unhelpful. Told we couldn't have our room till 16 00 hrs , 16 hundred is absolutely ridiculous when the rooms have to be vacated by 11 . It's a hotel that obviously used for people travelling and not been able to check in until then and there is no where comfortable to sit until then . We certainly WON'T be using ACE again.

Clean and comfortable room, it's quite quiet despite the crowd, the A/C is welcome. The staff is very welcoming, it would be nice to have something to drink a coffee at any time. The breakfast is of good quality at a fair price.

Inexpensive, modern, and clean hotel. Breakfast at €9.90 is very reasonable
