The hotel is well-located and the pool is nice. On the other hand, the staff is not all that friendly. The rooms are tiny. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired; in the room, the floor is not cleaned, and there is no ventilation, so there is mold at the top of the shower. Regarding the outdoor area, when there is bird droppings, nothing is cleaned, so some lounge chairs are unusable. I find that really borderline, especially in the summer. This is clearly not the standard of a 4-star hotel. This is not where you will find the best value for money, nor the standard of a 4-star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Jules Verne. The theme is lovely. Rooms are small but the beds, bedding and pillows were so comfy. Shower was fantastic. Plenty of towels. Very quiet at night. All of the staff we met were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Maybe could have been a little more variety but everything was tasty and fresh. We loved the self made pancakes and fried eggs. The pool area was very nice and the big grey fluffy towels were lovely. Bus stop around the corner to the airport is great and proximity to city and beach. Supermarket also around the corner is very handy. • The rooms are a little small but we knew this before we arrived. One morning our daughter had oats with her breakfast and there were bugs in the jar and she was upset but this was swiftly rectified and an apology. In the accessible rooms the wet room system is good but the water goes everywhere. You won't be charged
