Mathilde is an absolute gem and one of the main reasons our stay at the hotel was so special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She gave us some of the best recommendations we received during our time in Biarritz — restaurants, bars, places to visit, and little local tips that made the experience so much better. You can immediately tell that she really knows the area and, more importantly, that she genuinely cares about guests having a great time. Mathilde was always incredibly sympathique, kind, approachable and professional. Every recommendation she gave us was thoughtful rather than generic, and she somehow managed to understand exactly the kind of places we were looking for. She really went above and beyond what you would normally expect from someone working at a hotel. Honestly, if you are staying here, speak to Mathilde. She is the person you want to ask for recommendations. She made us feel incredibly welcome and added a personal touch to our stay that we will remember. The hotel should be very proud to have someone like her on the team. In fact, if the management is reading this: give Mathilde a raise! 😄 People like her make a huge difference to the guest experience and are exactly the kind of people who make you want to come back. Small stay very friendly, very nice and welcoming staff. Impeccable service very good quality bedding and furniture! To note a concierge service present for all questions and to welcome us in the best way.

Arrived by car in Biarritz for a cycling holiday but because of some kind of market in the central part of the city it was neither possible to drive up to the hotel nor to the parking garage we had been recommended to use. Lots of traffic and people everywhere didn't make it any easier. After at least an hour of trying to arrive we finally called the hotel and got a fantastic help from the reception, Laura I think her name was. We were guided to a car park about 15 minutes walk from the hotel which was also completely free of charge and here the car could stand all week. Normal price for parking is otherwise 20€ per day. Information that it was not possible to get around this day should of course have been given in advance by the organizer of our cycling holiday but this was not the case. Five Stars for Laura!!
