Hotel Parc Mazon Biarritz

In case of disagreement, any constructive discussion is impossible with the manager. We are in the absurd and aggression directly. Moreover, the manager seems not to appreciate newcomers, which is strange for someone who relies on tourism.

The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk from the panorama on the Basque coast, and 10 minutes from the market halls, and therefore right next to the small park as the name suggests. The room we had was not very large but had the comfort and storage necessary for a two or three night stay. Charming and extremely accommodating Welcoming.

Hateful welcome... we had booked 2 rooms to spend a family stay and barely crossed the door of the hotel that the manager kicked us out because we had a baby of 10 months and he does not want a baby in his establishment... Shame!!! Give a title
