Le Petit Hotel

The day before checking in, a very serious mishap occurred that forced me to return to Zaragoza immediately. My agency notified the hotels of the matter and all of them, except Le Petit, proceeded to NOT charge any fees, as it was a vital matter. I am a civil servant and I travel frequently with my colleagues to France and, at this moment, I am proceeding to act with the same empathy that you have shown my family, by spreading the MISTREATMENT received at your hands on our private networks.

“The hotel” has no Welcoming! What makes arrival and departure complicated! The rooms are standard but small; the layout makes the sockets difficult to use! CAUTION: 1. Very unpleasant staff 2. Despite a reservation and an online payment; 138€; the person at the Welcoming defrauded me 40€; not originally planned! Very bad experience; to flee!!!!!!!

Very well located. Very good price for being Biarritz. Basic hotel which is a very good option. Beach a few meters away. And you don't need to move the car for almost anything.
