Housed in the manor. Superb residence and the TOPAZE family suite is very large, beautiful, very functional with another large separate bedroom with a very ecological ceiling fan AND also its well-equipped mini kitchen, a large bathroom with shower AND old-fashioned bathtub and separate toilets. The park is also magnificent, very well maintained with its pretty lovers' gazebo.☺️ Private and secure parking is provided and there is even a tennis court. Very warm welcome, a lot of kindness and benevolence. Frankly a very beautiful discovery for a refined stay in peace and quiet. I recommend it 200%.

Very disappointing stay despite a commercial discount after a complaint. We stayed 3 nights at the Domaine de Bassilour in Bidart, from August 2 to 5, in the middle of a heatwave. The room assigned under the name Emeraude was located in the attic (maid's room), under a semi-mezzanine, with very limited height. I bumped my head several times, which made using the room uncomfortable on a daily basis. The room also severely lacked space: very little storage for clothes and almost no room to properly open a suitcase on the floor. The lack of air conditioning was particularly problematic in an attic room, especially during this hot period. We also noticed several hygiene problems: towels with a bad odor, dirty carpet, and a dirty headboard. The towels had been left in the shower to be changed, but they were simply put back on the sink, which we found very disappointing and humiliating. We spoke with several people about our dissatisfaction with the establishment, and we ended up getting a discount at the end of our stay. We acknowledge this gesture, which is appreciated but does not make up for our ruined vacation. We had chosen this place because we had seen pictures on Instagram where everything seemed perfect. This room must not be rented as such. The commercial discount does not change the inconveniences actually experienced during the stay: uncomfortable room in the attic, lack of space, absence of air conditioning during hot weather, hygiene problems.

Hotel ideally located in a quiet area but close to the beach. The staff is very welcoming and attentive.
