All Suites Appart Hotel Pau

Small functional apartment hotel with towels, shower gel, ceiling fan, television, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and microwave. Large parking lot. Very clean. Possibility to pick up keys after the reception closes Good value for money and it's very helpful in a pinch.

A very disappointing experience. The room, despite the high price, was not air-conditioned. At breakfast, the buffet was empty and not restocked; the essentials were missing and the tables were dirty. Faced with our comments, the staff was unpleasant and made excuses about a broken oven instead of taking responsibility and proposing solutions.

Very good experience. Evening stopover between Brittany and Spain with a family of 4 people. We were able to appreciate the communicating accommodation, very practical. Well-equipped kitchen, very good bedding, hotel close to the highway. Very attentive staff who re-shipped our daughter’s cuddly toy. Many thanks for your attention to customer satisfaction, we recommend.
