Residence La Reserve

Lovely setting, gorgeous views but as soon as you pick up a book or close your eyes to relax by the pool, the out of control little kids start screaming, ruining the whole experience. The Reserve is a special place and the staff are great and I understand they have a loyal French clientele but unless you have kids, you are paying way too much to be swarmed by screaming kids including during late evening in the dining area. They should think about restricting certain areas or hours to adults only. They have a sign that says “please respect the tranquility of other guests” but they are not enforcing this rule.

The place not to be missed if you want to disconnect from everyday life. I did not stay at the hotel but I had lunch there several times and was never disappointed. The site is spectacular, you are not packed on top of each other: it is spacious. You can stop by to have a drink in the gardens or by the pool. The staff is very friendly and professional. I also attended a farmers' market. I give 5 stars to everything!

Very good stay at La Réserve Many positive points. Dream location. Very good service. Attentive staff. However, a few points to improve: - At the Ilura restaurant, the surprise menu should be changed every week because we ate the same thing twice. (2-week stay). - A ramp or ladder is needed to access the pool. - A small magnifying mirror would be a plus in the bathroom. - No recycling bin in the room.
