Attention for artists and others who are invited to work at the ephad, they block slots saying call back to validate definitively and no longer respond, or say always busy but minimum respect is totally absent. Good. We stayed there just one night and it was suitable for the time spent, Just the restaurant that opens a little late in the evening to be able to go there with young children

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, but the impression was not positive on this tour. Upon our arrival (booked a long time ago) the sofa had not been prepared in bed (we travel in 3) and the guy at the reception -in addition to not expressing himself very well in English- seemed not to know what to say, just a "provision to make it do". We also found the shower wet, as if someone had just come out 🤷🏻‍♀️ we thought we had the wrong room. We go to dinner in the restaurant and only one table, the largest, with a dozen people, had the tablecloth, everyone else had the plate resting on the table; which would not be a problem if the table had been cleaned, instead the arms, resting on the edge, stuck. I found the solution of placing the napkin at the table and then placing the forearms and at the end of dinner the napkin was stuck. Pretty gross. One of the waitresses cleaned the nearby table with a napkin (picked from the same table) instead of a sponge, more attention to cleaning would be a must. Breakfast in the morning without infamy and without praise, industrial orange juice, not very sweet (2 types of croissants), saltier. It's more like a Holiday Inn Express than a Holiday Inn for our chain experience.
