Areas for improvement: We need to replace the broken furniture. The deposit is disproportionate for 4 nights and one person (300 €). I do not understand why cleaning and bed linen are included for 3 nights and not for 4 nights...

Perfect vancances. Perfect location 20 minutes from Perpignan and 2 hours from Barcelona. Heating to clean because dusty we have not stopped sneezing non stop! It lacks an oven that would be more useful than the dishwasher.
