Le Pic De L'Ours

A very nice location 50 meters from the new gondola in the city center .. decent bedding and worse it’s all 😡😡😡a sofa three places for an apartment eight people , furniture marked multiple traces , a single toilet , a single elevator that serves no less than eight levels and a hundred apartments . We waited more for the elevator in a week than queue at the ski lifts!!!! And icing on the cake ... the ski room with its exploded cupboards , the doors dismantled ... good in short 1750 euros the week of Christmas with parking ....the account is not there....too expensive...Font Romeu does not deserve this.

The hotel is very well located and the apartment well arranged and clean. The bedding is fine. The swimming pool the perfect haman!!!However upon arrival we got lost in the parking lot and the elevator did not work. We've put the luggage together on foot. What a pain!!!. Also our apartment was not ready we had to wait an hour and a quarter. The wifi hardly ever worked all week. When I left I reported that we had broken the handle of a cup , this is the first time that I was charged 2€ in general the rentals replace nicely . We had the bags of dirty laundry dropped off in the hallway next to our apartment all week. In the evening there was a lot of noise but at 22:00 the noise stopped from the inner courtyard. The young man at the reception is friendly and answered our questions kindly.

A very well placed residence, however the premises are very poorly organized (ask who is the architect who designed this building ). LAGRANGE does not offer a WIFI network, offers to pay an extra for parking but “there is no room for everyone” because there are more parking surcharges sold than spaces available... by the way, the spaces are very poorly sized and poorly organized (same for ski lockers) . Some of the apartment equipment was missing or damaged... I am very disappointed, and I sincerely hope that not all LAGRANGE residences are managed like this!!
