We have been staying in this residence during the summer for 9 years. This year we were VERY disappointed with the apartment, which was clearly abandoned. Fridge broken, rusty with the seal peeling off, curtains torn and poorly attached, shutter crank very dangerous (the shutter collapsed with the uncontrollable crank), the stovetop that goes into safety mode (forced to remove and replace the fuse), electric oven in a deplorable state, no storage in the bathroom which dates from the 70s, two chairs and two stools for a 4-person apartment, the sofa bed broken and flush with the floor. Too bad because the residence is very well located 1.5km from the beach and barely 500m from shops (mini-market, pizzeria, fishmonger, bakery, restaurants)

Between yesterday and today the agents who manage the green spaces wake us up at 8:30 am and until 11:00 am with their mowers and hedge trimmers. (Why not do this at 11am or 3pm...?) Certainly they work but the residence provides calm and relaxation for the stroke 2 days in a row or this.is missed... Quiet residence during the day and in the evening, large pool (it would be nice.to put deckchairs). Good location.

Very good week in the residence. Spacious accommodation (we are 5), impeccable bedding! A lot of closets, a decent terrace area. Secure residence, the pool is large! The common areas are kept clean, and the person in charge of the reception is very available is friendly. The residence is 300m from the supermarket, bakery, restaurants and souvenirs.
