Upon arrival we were a bit unsure from the street view, but once inside we were pleased with the hotel and our room. All was reasonably clean and in good condition. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nothing special but for the price it was fine. We only stayed 1 night so we didn't need anything very special.

As others have said, this hotel is well situated in the heart of Lyon halfway between the Bellecour and Ampere Metro stations. The Staff are very kind, helpful, and attentive. From the Front Desk to those who serviced the Breakfast Buffet. Breakfast has something for everyone -- cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, plus the cheeses, meats, cereals, and yogurts. Very good value for the money.

The hotel is very well located for discovering Lyon. Easy access to the train stations and near the subway stations. The hotel is clean and smiles and kindness are present from the moment you arrive. The room is spacious and clean as well. The equipment is perfect (hair dryer, coffee/tea available). Cold drinks in the fridge, quiet and functional air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. Full breakfast with something for everyone! In short, we will be back! Thank you all for your kindness, your availability, your hard work, and your smiles! See you soon 👋 🇧🇪
