MERCURE LYON BEAUX-ARTS

This is a great location, right on the corner of Bellecour plaza. A bit of traffic noise but the windows in our room were double and that worked well with good air conditioning. We had a suite which was large and comfortable and kept clean. The reception staff were very helpful and gave good advice. The only downside was that the new restaurant was still under construction.

We visited at the beginning of July when it was hot in Lyon and appreciated the air conditioning. We had plenty of room and although the building was older, the condition of the room was very good, the bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet. The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere in Presqu'ile as well as both river banks. I would definitely go back.

This is a very convenient hotel in an excellent downtown Lyon location. The staff is friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious but feel a bit outdated, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, leaving the room slightly too warm throughout my stay. On the plus side, the minibar was included in my room and offered a great selection of drinks. The bed was also very comfortable.
