I stayed with my family at the B&B Hôtel Lyon Nord with a one-year-old baby and a 5-year-old child. Unfortunately, the room was far from the standard expected for a 4-star hotel. Insufficient cleanliness: dust, dirt, and trash on the floor, including pieces of chips. My baby, who was crawling, picked some up and ate them. The crib was dirty and seemed fragile, and the safe was broken and unusable. I sent a complaint a month ago, with supporting photos, simply asking for an explanation and a commercial gesture. To this day, no response. This is particularly disappointing and unacceptable for an establishment that presents itself as a 4-star hotel, especially when it hosts families with young children. A bad experience, both regarding the condition of the room and the post-stay service. I do not recommend this establishment.

The pool was very welcome on a hot day. Overall a reasonable stopover but quite tatty looking with chipped paint and for the price could have been in better condition. The restaurant was sadly pretty grim and overpriced - ordered a Greek salad which had no dressing or feta cheese, and ham salad was made with sandwich ham. The two staff trying to keep a busy service going did their best but could do with another helper! Kids loved the ‘make your own pancake’ machine at breakfast.

A good night at this hotel. The welcome is friendly and efficient. The room is large, clean, and the mini-fridge is a real plus. The parking lot is free and large. The breakfast is varied, with enough choices for everyone (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cold cuts, croissant, chocolate croissant, jam, yogurts, etc.). Two small points to improve: there were only two bath towels even though there were three of us, and the pillows are very thick, which does not suit everyone. Overall, a good place for a stopover near Lyon.
