Park Inn Lyon Ouest

Booked this hotel for one night in transit to the south. For this night € 100 deposit had to be paid. This deposit would be refunded once the room was cleaned and approved. Our overnight stay was May 13th, it is now June 4th and we still haven't got our deposit back; it is still blocked in our bank account as a 'reservation'. I have sent an email twice now, but I don't get any response.

Be careful when you provide the deposit; ask them all the questions, otherwise they will deduct from your deposit. It is unfortunate because I had a good stay, but they charged for unnecessary things and did not inform us in advance.

We have booked a deluxe room for the night from May 2nd to 3rd The room and its equipment are of very high quality We had the privilege of an hour's access to the privatized spa area But what marks us more is the warm, professional welcome and dedication of our 2 young hostesses "Leia and Loumyah " Thank you for the bathrobes 😉 Experience to be renewed thanks to both Mrs. Delplanque
