Traveling with a person with a disability, we normally had a room designated for disabled access. For a 4-star hotel, there are many things to review. Door thresholds, height of equipment, kitchen not accessible. Capricious air conditioning... Very, very hard mattress... We slept very little. What a pity...

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood, but the receptionists lack professionalism for a 4-star establishment. Very good-sized apartment hotel for two, with everything we need except for condiments and oil... The toilet paper could definitely be of better quality...
