A great disappointment, a residence that is aging poorly. The cleaning in the apartments was very poorly done, with dust, cobwebs, moldy bathroom seals, a dirty sauna floor, and an unhygienic hammam. The ski locker was too small, there was no drying for the shoes, and no bench to prepare yourself. The reception staff were attentive, but the management of the establishment was not. In the evening for a family aperitif, there was never anyone to serve us; we always had to place our order at the bar (unlike other couples), and for cocktails that were poorly made at €15, it is a bit excessive. The mid-stay cleaning was not done; I requested it without success (it is included in the price of the stay). I requested a commercial gesture regarding the bread basket that I took for 6 consecutive days (1 basket = €6 = 1 baguette and 4 mini pastries). It was a clear and outrageous no from the director. 4 stars not deserved; there are better options elsewhere in Les Menuires.

Terrible breakfast. Dont come here. No food at all apart from mouldy eggs. Only good thing is that it’s ski in ski out, thats why Im not giving it a 1/5.

We are currently at Chalet du Mont Vallon (2nd day out of 5). The location is really perfect, close to everything and at the foot of the slopes. The staff is polite and pleasant, the sauna, steam room and gym are very good, and the large balcony is a real plus. On the other hand, many points disappoint for a 4 star: • Very cold pool, impossible to enjoy. • Temperature stuck at 21°C but only 18.2°C real. • Rooms poorly soundproofed, we hear the evenings of neighbors. • Very limited breakfast. • Ski room too small, no boot warmers. • No cleaning offered for 5 nights. • Small room for 4 adults and 2 children, tiny TV, medium bedding with stained sheets and hair on arrival, marked walls. The best thing is the location, but the level of comfort does not match a 4-star hotel at all.
