BEST WESTERN HOTEL DU PONT WILSON

Good location with a short walk to restaurants and city centre. Very close to the river. The rooms and hotel were very clean and spacious. A good place to stay while visiting Lyon.

Definitely better than Ibis hotels. Helpful staff and close to restaurants. Although a small room it had most amenities that guests need.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was excellent (and even complimented my American-accented French!) The facility was very clean and our room on 6th floor was comfortable and quiet. The location is very good, just two blocks from the river and only about a 20-minute walk to either the Gare Part-Dieu train station or to the cruise ship dock. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this property.
