Superb hotel near the magnificent Tête d'Or park with a modern and elegant design. The hotel is super clean and the service is very pleasant. The hotel staff is great, super friendly, and very helpful, as well as very professional. The welcome was really very good, and plus the hotel is air-conditioned, which feels extremely good when it is hot outside. The interior of the hotel actually smells really very good, and our room was very comfortable and spacious with a super comfortable bed. It is very clean and there is everything you need in the room. The breakfast is extremely varied with a hot savory and sweet buffet and all kinds of food. It is the best breakfast I have eaten. Moreover, the atmosphere of the room is very pleasant and modern with very comfortable chairs and tables. The lounge for relaxing and the lobby are also very comfortable and modern. The only small downside, I find that the gym is very small for a hotel of this size and quality. The hotel is generally very quiet, but sometimes in the evening you can hear a little noise. The hotel is, however, off-center and far from the city center, the old town, or tourist spots, so if you are coming to visit, take note. It is a shame that the spa treatments are paid and extra.

We had to change rooms a total of three times. The first two rooms were heavily soiled and smelled unpleasant. We have never experienced anything like this. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel at all. Never again!

I stayed in this hotel during the Presidential One Health Summit. With Macron sharing the same compound, security was supposed to be at its strictest. However, it is to my utter surprise that when I returned to my room one afternoon, my room window was left wide open and dirty towels were found on the chair (See photos). That is presumably an absent-minded housekeeper left my room without cleaning up everything behind them. I asked the reception to clear the towels before dinner, but after dinner the same dirty towel was still in my room. It was not only when I called reception again to complain that someone was sent to pick the towel up. As a business hotel under IHG management, it is appalling to leave the windows of guests' rooms open like that- not only would the room be vulnerable to thieves, it might also let it bugs and flies during the warmer months. It is even more unacceptable that after reporting the incident, no one went to my room to fix it.
