20 m2 room rented for 950 euros for a month between two moves. The condition of the room was catastrophic: scratched table, worn slats of the convertible, and floor slats coming off. No tablet in the bathroom. The worst part was the windows at sidewalk level and without bars. It was impossible to open the shutters at night without risking an intrusion while sleeping. Additionally, the room is not air-conditioned. We stayed for a month during the heatwave, resulting in two fainting spells in the middle of the night. It is shameful to rent this room for 950 euros a month given its condition and layout, which does not allow for air circulation.

A little renovation would be nice, including removing the carpet from the floor and changing the shower and furniture from SDB. Very comfortable bedding and guaranteed tranquility

Satisfied with kosy hotel. The only downside no staff to explain to us how the car park works. Maia was Christmas i
