It is a mini studio with everything you need inside (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery...) The premises are not new, but the rooms are clean, have a balcony and contrary to what I read in other comments, the welcome is perfect, cordial and courteous. Breakfast is very classic. It is an excellent value for money

Change of name of institution not specified. Unclean condition. Important messages (access codes ) transmitted by such an unknown mobile and telephone Welcoming of the scandalously rude “call”. Food remains in the fridge, resistance of the kettle very degraded and smells of previous occupants. State of the appliances leaving to be desired. I strongly advise against Welcoming closed.

Really rude staff, Damaged furniture in the room, receptionists get into your room while you're not around if they want to leave a note or check on the heater. Rooms are okay, but bed linen was very frail and tore in the first night itself after which the staff demanded to pay for it. Especially for international students who come to learn French in the nearby university stay here and have had to pay extra amount with their deposit being deducted with no proofs or photos of the said damage in the room, or outside in the trash room. Staff and head of staff screams at guests when there are misunderstandings or while trying to understand what they're imposing in the contract of the residence. Manager banged on my door when I failed to open it from the inside in 2 minutes. As an international student, felt really unwelcoming and unsafe thinking when the staff would suddenly get into the room. As for the situation of walking to the residence at night, it can be a bit dangerous as many sketchy people roam around the building past 10pm. Otherwise, really good location, 10 minutes from the Sncf station and tramway. In the kitchen: sometimes the stove can stop working or the freezer can not keep foods like ice creams or meat cold and frozen.
