Topiny

Room small, simple, clean, corresponding to the price (51€ in the city center in August is perfect). But three remarks: - poor interior insulation - the doors have closers and guests don't hold them, so the doors slam. - the very loud ventilation system turns on at 9 a.m., impossible to sleep in! But: - very welcoming staff - well-stocked breakfast buffet for $11.50 - A/C!

If you're looking for a good night's sleep, this is not the place to stay. The rooms have very poor sound insulation and from 5:00 a.m. onwards the noise outside from loading and unloading is incredibly disruptive. What was even more disappointing was the customer service. At first they said they understood the situation but those words turned out to mean nothing. In the end, they came up with the excuse that they had no control over the noise outside and simply refused to issue a refund. For two rooms a small gesture of goodwill would have been entirely appropriate. Absolutely disgraceful once was more than enough and we'll never be back.

Hottest day of May and the room air conditioning was not working. The staff on two shifts used various excuses but couldn't be bothered to find another room, so had a sleepless night sweltering in the heat. Will not be using B&B again as the staff were incredibly unhelpful.
