One week stay at the Alpine Lodges at the end of April 2026. Pros: Good reception, well located accommodation, respect for the requests made during the reservation. I could easily have put 4 stars if it wasn’t for this BIG cleanliness problem. Cons: No inventory, which involves cleaning not done, crumbs at the bottom of the garbage, stained bed bases, leakage of the siphon in the bathroom cabinet, toaster that makes break, oven dripping with oil... which largely confirms the negative reviews I had read before leaving. Conclusion: Madame Vacances offers cheap accommodation but at the expense of maintenance, which is a shame.

I thank the local manager and his assistant for having contributed greatly to my fully successful holiday. Their welcome and help as well as the quality and location of the accommodation were perfect. I'll be back.

Good ski in / ski out apatrment. Close to all essential amenities. While there, Jhoiner, who as at reception, was extremely helpful. Particularly in keeping the reception open when our train was delayed and sorting out luggage storage on our final day when we had vacated the apartment but wanted a final day's skiing.
