Prepare to be underwhelmed for your accommodations, but pleasantly surprised by the abundant and quality breakfast. However, be careful to not allow them to charge you twice for breakfast. We had to insist we had booked the price that included breakfast and wait to speak with the attendants husband to validate that cost. Despite this rough start to checking in, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Now let’s talk about why we left one day early and had to forfeit half our reservation. The bathroom tiles were broken with mold. The furniture is water stained, rickety, and broken. You can’t lean back in the bed without hitting your head on the cheap lights installed in the worst place imaginable. The bed sloped downhill due to a bizarre uneven floor in the basement. It feels like you are in a musty dungeon despite a room with a terrace because the setting off the terrace of the weedy lot and building equipment is so unsightly you’d rather draw the curtain. You will be especially disappointed to rent a room here in September after the community pool has closed for the season. We felt ripped off in the summer season, but the winter prices are substantially more to sleep in this overpriced hovel. In a nutshell, Just Don’t Go.

Good welcome. Good location of the Hotel. Cleanliness is decent despite the dilapidation. Very noisy hotel room 49. Water drainage noises, noises from neighbors. Very poor soundproofing. Conversations in the room next door.

Hotel of poor quality. Old, with rooms from another era. Everything needs to be reviewed. How can one sell rooms and bathrooms in such a state? It is a shame. Pass by, you have other options in Auron.
