Charming hotel in a traditional chalet at the foot of the slopes in winter and summer. The free passes. The restaurant is excellent, the view is sublime

My family and I had a wonderful stay last week. The staff were SO helpful and friendly, they were extremely accommodating and attentive. It really made us feel very special! The hotel location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the Super Morzine lift and the town centre, but be aware the walk back is a rather steep hill! The views from the hotel are amazing, with mountain and valley views that you could never get bored of! There was a good choice of continental breakfast, however perhaps some cooked vegan/veggie options and some variety each day would be a good addition. The room we had was facing the rear so didn't have a view but was very private and spacious, our parents had a smaller room but with an amazing view of the valley. The rooms were super clean and refreshed daily. The lounge area was lovely and relaxing, perfect for some downtime and socialising with family, we enjoyed several games of cards in the evenings and on the day it rained it was a good hideaway. The spa was a little dated, it looked a bit worn and could do with some refreshing to give it that wow factor but was pleasant. The outdoor was was lovely and again had a fantastic view. Overall we would absolutely stay here again, it was beautiful and we loved it!
