A nice restaurant with generous and tasty cuisine! The restaurant has been run by the same family for several generations, and this is felt in authenticity and conviviality. The managers and team are adorable, always smiling and welcoming. A beautiful address to Evian that I highly recommend!

Horrible Welcoming from the owner, we arrive at 1:20 pm because I rederve on the hotel site, I was able to choose a slot so I opted for 1 pm! She assures us that this is not possible despite the fact that I had the proof, she refused to see her and kept us waiting outside the hotel for 40 minutes, without excuse or gesture. When I told her "we have no choice so" she replied "well yeah" super pro!a disaster,room in bad condition,shower cabin station that collapses when we move it...bedding not good and we found bugs in the bathroom... The only positive is the stunning view of the lake, it's splendid!And the proximity to the lakeside restaurants etc...watch out very busy and noisy road! The young woman who takes care of breakfasts and who cashed me in was very kind no worries. Sorry but I would not recommend and we will not come back!

Staying at the Hotel Panorama is like traveling back in time... but without the magic. Upon entering the room, we are greeted by a vintage Mood — not trendy, not — really dated: torn curtains, tired furniture, decoration forgotten for at least two decades. No products in the shower? An assumed minimalist concept, probably. The wifi is mentioned, but only for decorative purposes, as is the private parking... which is actually a public parking limited to three hours during the day. If you like to play Monopoly free seats, you will love it. And the highlight of the show: Welcoming disappears at 10pm, as if by magic. From there, no one to answer, guide or provide any security. Result? Awakening with fanfare at 3am, when other guests entered our room, believing it was theirs, after finding a key in a drawer at the entrance. Yeah, yeah. A drawer. Or how to turn a hotel into a life-size escape game. The walls are lined with little signs banning just about everything — just one “smile, you’re on vacation” is missing to complete the picture. Personal side: neither warm nor unpleasant. Just... present (during opening hours, of course). The only ray of sunshine in this twilight atmosphere: breakfast, offered on the second day, was honestly good. We almost felt good for a coffee. – probably to make people forget the rest. Spoiler, that's not enough. In short, an experience I wish no one, unless you like to hurt yourself, it is not for me to judge.
