Vvf Villages Montchavin

We were a group of 12 people the first week and 14 the second. We had a great stay at an interesting price. Only the evening entertainment program did not suit us, and the bar area too small to be friendly and comfortable for a group. But it was a great week.

Superb Club Marmara stay (All inclusive formula) with family at VVF La Plagne Montchavain: breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner at the top (quality products, lots of homemade cuisine, so appreciable, less choice than in other Club Marama in Greece and elsewhere as far as dishes but with so much more taste!), staff of the bar (excellent hot chocolate) and the kids club very nice / very available, close to the slopes and the ESF school (hyper pleasant family resort), we will come back next year! Cons (which have fortunately been erased by the rest): 1) The floor of our apartment was not vacuumed/swept before our arrival (sheep and hair everywhere) and hair remained in the shower tray. Maybe an oversight? It made a strange impression on us when we arrived. Too bad because for the rest, the sheets of all the bedding were perfectly clean, the kitchen super clean... 2) Still regarding our apartment (M110), the transition wands tiles-floor flooring should be changed: it gives a bad overall impression while the whole is nevertheless well maintained and the apartment very well equipped 3) Crowded restaurant on weekends (especially in the evening), the VVF being victim of its success. Being out of school, it was understood that they were understaffed during our visit

Special mention for the animators: quality of the animations, availability and atmosphere Another great person for his welcome and smile at all hours: Lily at the Edelweiss. The center is very well located, close to the slopes and the village, the staff is available and attentive. BUT, but the big downside is the food, especially the dishes that are overcooked, and / or without flavor! The starters, desserts and breakfasts are very good but the dishes.... An example: couscous without sauce, the cook advised us carbonara sauce! With couscous. Hopefully this is due to the start of the activity..
