The reserved room matched the description well; it was comfortable, clean, and well-decorated. My hotel is located in the heart of Chambéry, in a quiet neighborhood, very nice.
However, it is important to know that there is no parking for the car (very important), no elevator (also very important), and you have to climb two flights of stairs with your luggage (this was difficult for us). Additionally, there are codes to open the doors; it would be wise to mention that the room key is in the lockbox and that you should not touch the numbers, otherwise you will have to call.
