Residence Les Jardins De La Vanoise Hotel

The residence is ideally located. You are directly at the level of the ski lifts when leaving the premises in Skis. The accommodation is ageing, and the kitchens are not very well equipped. We had a bad smell in one of the bathrooms... awkward!! The bedding is not great.. pity!! We do not feel that there is maintenance to improve accommodation and conditions of stay.

Residences to completely renovate!! Dirty and dysfunctional apartment, outdated taps, foul smells, gradated walls, flaking , holes, stained bedding, gradated floors, problems with blade joints, plug covers missing, corridors used as storage room, dirty linen to drop in the lobby of the reception during the Check-out , poor management of the residence, staff absent during the day. Madame vacances deals only with the management (to review!!) but not the apartments, only the owners are responsible for the degraded and outdated state of the residence.

Dissatisfaction regarding our stay in the rented accommodation in Pralognan la Vanoise from 10 to 17 January 2026. Upon arrival, we noticed a totally unacceptable state of cleanliness. The bathroom was very dirty, with hair and bristles in the showers, sinks, toilets and on the toilet paper rack. The dishes provided were also in a deplorable condition, with food remains still apparent. (From our arrival we were forced to clean the entire apartment) In addition, every night during our stay, a strong smell of drugs (cannabis) was present in the hallway and naturally seeped into the housing, making the atmosphere particularly unpleasant and worrying. We have re-reported the information and unfortunately no change! We travel with two children, including a 20-month-old. These hygienic conditions and nuisances are all the more unacceptable as they pose a real health and safety problem for a family with young children. These elements are in total contradiction with the standards of quality and comfort that we are entitled to expect from a holiday accommodation managed by a professional company, and have greatly degraded our stay. Our family, rent your accommodation for 4 years now in the same establishment. We find it unacceptable to welcome loyal customers in its conditions but especially without making any improvement to the problems. We had to book again in the second week of 2027 for 25 people but with what we have experienced, we are in full reflection.   Still no news of the service.. N.Peltier-Monnier
