Residence CGH Les Fermes de Ste Foy

This is certainly not 4 star accommodation, the whole building & facilities are really tired & in need of a good clean. You need GPS to find your way around the building, my husband was locked out at 7pm for 30 mins trying to figure out how to get back in!! The water didn’t run cold the entire time we were there, so no glass of water from the tap unless you like it luke warm. The reception desk is hardly ever manned. So don’t expect to see someone there if you have any queries or issues. The pool- more like wild swimming! BRRRR!! The location is the only thing in its favour as it’s very close to the lift.

We are happy with this establishment, just a shame that there are people who are allowed to bark their dogs locked up all day. Not relaxing.

We have trouble understanding some comments!!!! We just spent a week there with our son and his wife. A BEAUTIFUL and clean residence, a most pleasant and smiling Welcoming. From the staff to the little treatments if there is a problem, a swimming pool a sauna a spa of high quality and BEAUTIFUL rooms. Everything is done to make you feel VERY GOOD. Thanks, we'll be back
