The place is magnificent! The apartments are spacious and there are all the necessary amenities. The view from the balcony is incredible! Very good bedding too. Many activities to do as a family and free entertainment are offered every day. We went on many hikes for everyone's enjoyment. Expert or beginner, there are trails for all levels. You absolutely must see the hamlet of Le Monal and its authentic atmosphere: sound of bells, marmots, cheese sold directly from the producer, streams, waterfalls, glaciers.. We tested the SPA and it is great. Thanks to the entire MMV residence team, you were great. The only small downside: when you don't have a vehicle, there are few solutions for visiting places inaccessible by car.

We stayed a week at the MMV L’Etoile des Cimes residence in Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise. The residence clearly enjoys a very nice location in the resort and the bedding is of good quality, which remains a positive. Unfortunately, our arrival was rather chaotic. The reception was quite mixed or even ineffective and we even received at first an apartment... which was not ready. Not really the best way to start a holiday. Once installed, several problems appeared immediately, giving the impression that the apartment had not been properly checked before our arrival: x Insufficient cleanliness (floors, carpets and sofa)! x defective vacuum cleaner x clogged shower evacuation x traces of rust in the dishwasher x Bedside lamp poorly fixed to the wall x Kitchenware missing x lighting under defective kitchen cabinet x freezer that no longer closes properly None of these problems mentioned the day after our arrival were solved during our stay. We were upgraded, which is obviously appreciable... although, based on discussions with other residents during the week, this seems to have been the case for many people. This suggests that some apartments may require upgrading. Other negative points: 1 elevator for 7 floors and 50 apartments. Sometimes a long wait if you are staying on the lower floors. No showers to wash after the pool and no changing room at the relaxation area. In summary: a well located residence and comfortable bedding, but a preparation of the apartments and a level of maintenance that are not really up to the expected standard. Finally, the reception is unprofessional.

We had a great stay at this hotel for our ski stay. The whole is nice and we particularly appreciated the upgrade and the possibility to access the accommodation around 4:30 pm. Residence close to everything (supermarket, slopes and ski school) However, a few points could be improved to make the experience even better. In the kitchen, when we arrived, the dishwasher was already filled and two glasses were still salted. The stoves are very worn and there was water in the kettle. A bowl would also be nice. In the bedroom, a light did not work and the lighting is a little mispositioned. A plug near the headboard would also be convenient. The sofa cushions are quite deformed. Regarding the common areas, we noticed linen in the hallway and, at the pool, some amenities are missing for the comfort of guests: coat rack, soap dispenser, bench in the cabins and lock to the toilet. Finally, in the ski locker, it would be useful to have more seats and a system to dry the skis. We didn’t even have enough to hang the shoes in the locker. Despite these few details, we had a very good stay and enjoyed the property.
