Summer season opening week in Nevada, so arrival on June 27. 3-room apartment for 6 people rented, mountain view, so pleasant for that. The downside is that the apartment owner has their own furniture locked up, so there is little storage available for the guest, especially in the kitchen area where space is really limited, even though the accommodation is intended for 6 and there were only 3 of us. Likewise, on the terrace, we can barely eat with 3 people because it is very small, so with 6 it is impossible. Still among the downsides: the common areas, especially the hallways, are dirty, no cleaning done at all for this start of the summer season, the windows of the accommodation are also dirty and have not been cleaned since winter. The water in the hot tubs was not hot, it was at 31, which is low for a hot tub, whereas in 2025 when we had already come, it was at 34, which was good. Another thing, the exit allowing access to the outside from the ski room was filled with rubber mats used in the winter, so we could not go up or down those stairs even though we had to go out every morning to ski on the glacier. We reported it to the front desk on Saturday and the person at the front desk did not even know where those stairs were located, so we showed them!! They said they were calling the technician to move all of that, but after 2 days still nothing, so we moved all the mats ourselves!! Utensils are missing in the apartment, we are asked to do an inventory, but in the end it is useless because nothing is completed even at our request!! In short, we had a good week, but I think we need to be attentive to the quality of the services offered because the residence is rated 5 stars, but I do not see the quality of a 5-star property. We are very loyal CGH customers because we stay 2 or 3 times a year at the La Ferme du Val Claret residence, which is 4 stars but ultimately in more comfortable accommodation than the one at Nevada.
