Residence and price consistent for the quality of the bedding, the spacious 110m2 apartment, very good for the pool, sauna, spa, the steam room was out of order. The staff is attentive and always responsive

For the price, a fairly spacious and very decent apartment BUT the presence of scheduled construction work on the street above spoiled things a bit... The least they could have done was to warn us at the time of booking because this major construction work was scheduled... It is time to realize that this type of work must be done in the off-season and not in the summer...

Very good welcome at the reception, the accommodation was perfect and everything was there to feel good. We were on the top floor in A34 with a view of the mountains and part of the lake. Minor drawbacks: - lack of soundproofing in the apartment hallway because in the bedroom near the entrance you can hear the elevator and the neighbors - €15/person to go to the pool if booking < 5 nights in the residences is very expensive I think because you often want to relax after a good hike and so it makes those few hours expensive, maybe offer 1/2 day free per stay and paid after? But otherwise everything was great, we had a super weekend in the resort, we will definitely be back!
