Absolutely fantastic hotel. Spotless rooms, lovely decor, comfy beds. Huge selection of food including gluten free options for breakfast. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful and we look forward to another visit here soon!

Outstanding hospitality at Hotel Avenue Lodge Hotel Avenue Lodge sets the standard for alpine hospitality. Manuel in the bar and J-B looking after front of house deliver what must be the very best service in the Alps. Warm, professional, attentive without ever being intrusive — they make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere, service and personal touch elevate the entire stay and are a credit to the hotel. Exceptional people, exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well located. The reservation was made at the last minute. The welcome is warm, the valet is on top!! The staff is pleasant, both at the bar, breakfast and reception. The establishment is on a human scale, it is not the factory. The rooms are sober and of a suitable size. Unfortunately, the cleaning is perfectible in the rooms. Room scents are used in common areas, sometimes to mask bad smells. Breakfast is okay, but it would have been nice to find more local and homemade products, even if it meant having a less provided buffet. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesday evenings.
