Mercure Val Thorens

Very nice Hotel, great location. Staff at the top and a special mention to Paul the valet who was great.

Hotel ski in ski out perfectly located in the center of the main lifts. Unbeatable atmosphere with dj at the end of the day a team that felt fun together everyone are in a good mood, very helpful and fast passing by the espresso machine in the lobby and in the ski room without forgetting the perfect breakfast included👌 , the ski room included our personal locker as well as stationary bikes also in après ski there is the spa section included with the rooms steam bath sauna whirlpool bath etc Experience top! Atmosphere and unbeatable team passing by the reception valets maids and of course waiters and waitress all without exception offers impeccable service Congratulations to the whole team when we return to Val Thorens no doubt we will return to this hotel

A weekend stay in Val-Thorens, the hotel is particularly well located, we did not encounter any problems with the staff contrary to other reviews left earlier. The rooms are clean, however very little storage available and the shower gel/shampoo dispenser was broken. As for the spa, it is correct, clean and pleasant without being exceptional. Breakfast lacks choice, with some doubts about the freshness of some products (pastries and dry buns). Possibility to rent your ski equipment in the basement with very convenient access to the adjacent slopes. Overall, this hotel does not offer a 4-star service unlike our previous experiences. We will not come back, plus the price is exorbitant for a single night.
