The residence is not worth its 4 stars In comparison with other residences visited its last years and 4 stars in equivalent resorts It is aging, the cleaning is approximate despite a cost of 60 € at the end of your stay if you wish, the furniture is damaged, dust is not made regularly on heaters, skirting boards, switches. When we arrived, there were many crumbs left on the floor, on the dishwasher, the wooden table was not very clean. The ski lockers are wooden, old and the water stagnates on the ground so it is impossible to leave your ski boots there overnight. Television, wifi, spa and steam room are paid options There are no small household kits offered, for a fee too. The choice of location in the residence also pays if you want to have a friendly view. No entertainment is offered in the evening even the welcome drink is made by activity monitors in the resort (snowshoeing, paragliding, etc...) The number of parking spaces is limited in front of the residence The bedding was correct and the bed linen clean. The kitchen was also correct except f the microwave. The location was fine even if we can not get to ski in front of the residence but a few dozen meters away. We were told that a housekeeper could have come by to do some cleaning, but I doubt it would be possible to catch up in an hour or two knowing we were settled. Small gift, 2 small bottles of wine and cakes are offered on arrival. The resort is a very nice discovery.
