Residhome Val Europe

The hotel was okay! It did the job as we weren't going to be in the room all day. The room we had needs some maintaining - some mould on the ceilings, needs painting and table was broken. The plugs weren't working and not enough in a room with 4 people. Kitchenette was clean and enough utensils. It is a great location. Right opposite the RER station for Disneyland. And also 5 minutes for the shopping centre. Breakfast was limited choice. Same items everyday. Need some vegetarian options too. Staff were really helpful at the desk and in the restaurant. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Overall an okay stay but would probably stay in a different hotel next time.

My experience at Residhome Appart Hotel Val d’Europe has been an absolute disaster, totally unbecoming of a hotel that claims to have four stars. Honestly, I don't know where those stars are, because what they offer doesn't even reach the level of basic accommodation. From the first minute, it was evident that quality, cleanliness, and service were completely lacking. The room was dirty, with dust accumulated everywhere, even inside the closet, as if no one had bothered to clean it in weeks. The air conditioning, which is essential in a hotel, did not work at any time. We communicated this immediately to the front desk and, far from receiving a solution, we encountered a totally unacceptable attitude. The receptionist who assisted us, Diego, was unfriendly, unprofessional, and completely useless when it came to solving any problem. He speaks Spanish, but it is as if he did not: he says one thing, then does another, and in the end, he does absolutely nothing. We asked them several times to send someone to check the air conditioning and, as expected, no one appeared during our entire stay. We finished the trip sweating, uncomfortable, and with the feeling that the hotel staff does not care at all about the customer experience. To top it off, Diego's attitude was always distant, unpleasant, and without any interest in helping. If this is the level of service the hotel offers, they should seriously rethink their rating, because it does not correspond at all to what they advertise.

Room/small apartment really beautiful, clean and welcoming! The bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed was also easy to open and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, even though we only used the kettle (it worked very well). The kit with coffee, sugar, cream, and tea was very appreciated, perfect for a moment of relaxation. Very kind staff and excellent location: right in front of the RER station, very convenient for reaching Disneyland in just one stop, and very close to the Val d’Europe shopping center. If I really have to find a small flaw, there are few outlets to charge electronic devices. Highly recommended property!
