We have stayed at this hotel around 6 times in the last 5 years or so. I must say we were pleasantly surprised this time as the room had a much more modern look, with USB ports next to the bed, a more modern TV and everything looked clean and tidy. The reception staff were always friendly. The problem we had this time, we went during the heatwave that France had (June 2026) - and the hotel is not equipped for it - I know they are not responsible for the weather, but the rooms do not have air conditioning, nor does the hotel have any fans that you can borrow for the room. If you open the window, it is on a main road so its constantly noisy 24/7 - we were VERY uncomfortable in the heat and could not sleep or relax in the room.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location, close to Disneyland. For the price, we had expected a better quality room; the bedding is uncomfortable, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, everything gives a neglected appearance...

The receptionists were nice and supportive. The major advantage is the location, with very close proximity to the major commercial centers (Val D'Europe) and its metro station, and the affordable walk of 20-30 minutes to the Disney Parks. It is easy to catch shuttles by coincidence in the street as well. The kitchenette was very good. The drawback was the unit's limited space, which was small for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.
