Sequoia Lodge

We stayed here with our group from Dance the World. The room size was nice, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly. I would have liked an outlet near the beds and a refrigerator in the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 night break at Sequoia Lodge. Arrived with some anxieties after reading previous reviews but did not encounter any of these concerns. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful and our 2 interconnecting rooms on the fifth floor were comfortable and cosy. The children enjoyed the pool and the lounge offers a good range of snacks in the afternoon if you are having a breather from the park. We would stay again.

Hotel in its original state, aging, no mini bar, a very dated hair dryer. Stayed during the heatwave, they give you bottles of water only on the 1st day, for the other days they tell you to go buy some, that they are provided free of charge only on the 1st day. Upon arrival I asked for information regarding the half-board in order to understand how it worked and the receptionist told me to download the Disney app. At the pool, towels were lent to us, and when we had barely left the locker room at the end, a staff member asked us to return them immediately, as if we were going to leave with them! The positive point of this hotel is the restaurant, it is the only place where the staff is very friendly, the buffet for breakfast and dinner is very good with plenty of choices to satisfy everyone. For the price paid, the service is not up to par!
