Disney's Sequoia Lodge

Solid Disney hotel. The rooms are dated hence the refurb, but the rooms were clean, good shower, comfy bed, and good coffee machine. 10 minute walk to the parks and Disney Village, nice staff, and good pool area. Would return when at Disney Paris.

To start , What a fabulous holiday. Stayed at this hotel in June with my daughter and granddaughter, and I honestly can’t fault it. From the moment we arrived it was wonderful. Even though the hotel is a little old now, that didn’t matter in the least. The rooms are lovely and big and plenty of room for us all, so quiet after a busy day in the parks, to come back and have a great night sleep. The breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice to see you through the busy day ahead. We stayed for 5 days and filled the days so we only managed to get back for one afternoon tea, which I would highly recommend as it was a pleasure to have an hour or two away from the parks and have a nice relax. The afternoon tea was lovely with a good selection of sandwiches and cakes and little pastries , I’d definitely recommend taking and hour out to go and have one. We travelled into Paris for the day and it was great as the train station is a 5 minute walk from your hotel and so easy. We had a very busy day and got back and finished off a few rides then headed back to hotel. We then had the last 2hours in the pool which was lovely as the pool doesn’t close till 10 o’clock. We then headed into the gorgeous bar which was so relaxing, I could have stayed there all night . So all in all a fantastic time and thank you for a lovely stay . We will definitely be back

Highly recommended. A fantastic hotel and incredibly family-friendly, as you would expect from Disney. We stayed as a three-generation family, with grandparents, parents and children, and it worked brilliantly for all of us. The rooms were well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had two interconnecting rooms, which were located very close to the hotel’s main facilities, making things particularly easy with a larger family group. The location is excellent too. It’s an easy walk to Disney Village and the parks, and there’s also a regular shuttle, running roughly every ten minutes, which was very convenient. Breakfast was fantastic, with an amazing choice to suit everyone. We also had dinner in the hotel one evening, which was very good. There are all the facilities you would expect, including a very helpful concierge, a Disney shop/boutique and a bar serving snacks such as sandwiches. The swimming pool was a real highlight, especially during our stay when temperatures reached 40°C in the parks. The pool and slide provided a welcome opportunity to escape the heat, cool down and recharge for a few hours. The hotel also arranged priority access for us, which made a huge difference as two members of our group had had knee replacements. Not having to queue in the parks made the whole experience much more manageable and enjoyable. The hotel also had regular character meet and greet experiences which my 6 year old niece loved. Overall, it was an excellent choice for our three-generation family. Comfortable, convenient, welcoming and very well set up for families. We would happily stay here again.
