Budget Hotel

We booked a room for one night with two breakfasts (€16) served between 7 and 10 a.m.; at 8 a.m. we showed up, but surprise, no one at the front desk, breakfast room closed, empty!!!! Impossible to find a manager, we waited 30 minutes, having a drive ahead of us we left frustrated, cheated, deceived, robbed. My wife called the next day, a person took our refund request into account and said they would keep us informed. Two days later no news, my wife gets the same person again who apologizes, she forgot to forward our request but says she is doing what is necessary and asks for the bank details to process the €16 refund. We are waiting for the transfer (it must be arriving on foot) and have been for 15 days. So we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

They tried to take the money from my card. Since it wasn't working, so they cancelled my reservation and asked to come pay a 25% deposit. I poured it. But unfortunately I didn’t get the visa. And they refused to refund the deposit. They're thieves. I don't recommend it to everyone.

One can hear the others arriving, then closing the doors every argument inside the rooms and every evening activity. If you plan a noisy stay please choose another hotel. The bed was ok clean and pillow nice. No air con and a lot of bugs. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking not so safe- there was just a small half meter fence beside a trafficked road. It didn't cost extra though. And we left quite early woken by every other guests waking up.
