Dream Castle Hotel At Disneyland Paris

My experience at Dream Castle was extremely disappointing. The hotel’s entrance is impressive and gives the impression of a luxurious property, but this stands in sharp contrast to the condition of the rooms. In my room 503 the toilet seat was badly cracked. It was not only unacceptable for a hotel of this standard, but it was also uncomfortable and even worrying to sit on because it looked like it could break at any moment. The most disappointing part of our stay happened in the children’s play area. Another child accidentally took my daughter’s brand new shoes and left behind their own pair of the same brand, but old and heavily worn. I immediately asked the staff to help and to check the security camera footage from the play area so the shoes could be returned .Instead of assisting us, and especially Ms **Elodie**, responded in a rude, annoyed, and arrogant manner, saying that it was “not her problem” and that we should call the police. For a simple mix up between children’s shoes, I found this response completely unacceptable. A hotel should at least make an effort to help its guests . In the end, I had no choice but to buy my daughter a new pair of shoes, without receiving any assistance, empathy, or support from the hotel. For such an expensive hotel, the level of customer service is extremely poor. There isn’t even complimentary bottled water in the room, as the minibar is completely empty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is an expensive property that focuses on appearances, but completely fails when it comes to room maintenance and, above all, customer care.

The breakfast was just disgusting! It’s sad… a salad bar at breakfast? Where’s the French toast? Where’s the pancakes? Not here. Just a lady digging her hand in a bowl of jam to fetch out her toy. Coffee was horrific. Now let’s get started on the rooms. Bleach stains all over the rugs, no nightstands, need I say more? There’s still time to turn my stay around and hopefully I will come back in a few days with a brighter review and some pancakes. If not photos will come to follow.
