Vienna House Magic Circus at Disneyland Paris

On arrival staff were friendly and place smelled and looked clean got checked in and ordered an uber eats and we went down to reception to collect and couldn’t find a clean table to eat at in the reception area although that’s not the staffs fault for leaving it like that they could be doing with a cleaner going around. Room was fine, clean and basic. All we needed was a bed to sleep in which we found uncomfortable (personal opinion) Breakfast however was a very poor selection. Too many people for the size of the room we only went the first day and didn’t bother going back. We went to the hotel pool on the third day and it was disgusting the changing rooms were clean but the water and pool itself was dirty. Dirt laying at the bottom of the water. A fantastic hotel but just needs a little TLC. We personally won’t be returning.

After several days at Disneyland Paris (at the Marvel hotel, therefore in an establishment that is also large and family-friendly, but very well soundproofed) and a lot of walking, we were simply looking for a quiet night before hitting the road back to Belgium. We had chosen this hotel for its theme in order to extend the Disney atmosphere. In hindsight, it was unfortunately not the most suitable choice for us, two adults looking for rest. The hotel is very, if not too, family-oriented, and we found that there was a lot of noise: children were running and screaming in the hallways, until very late at night and especially very early in the morning. Breakfast was also very noisy and quite chaotic, with a cafeteria atmosphere, even after 9:45 a.m. Some guest behaviors also bothered us in terms of hygiene, notably people serving themselves directly with their hands and then putting food back into the dishes. Guests were pushing each other and did not know how to wait in line. We also found the price quite high compared to the service (very basic room and dirty carpet) and the experience we had. Furthermore, we did not feel that this hotel deserved its four stars. The hotel will certainly be very suitable for families who are not concerned about respecting others, but for two adults looking for quiet after Disney, we would choose another establishment next time. To be noted, however: the staff at the reception and at the entrance to the restaurant were very friendly.
