Adagio Val D'Europe

My sister and I stayed 3 nights recently - we were apprehensive of this hotel after reading the reviews, we had the BEST stay, the room was clean and spacious. Everything we required was there. We stayed in room 167 and was very well presented. There was a double room and sofa and trundle beds in the sitting room, could technically sleep 6! I believe it was great value for money for the location and the access. We booked as part of a Disneyland Paris holiday booking so we knew of the free shuttle etc. the information was easy to access and find in reception. There is a pause in the day of when the buses run just to make you aware, you could also do the RER if you indeed too. Staff were friendly and approachable. If you require some specific items (hairdryer or bottle opener) you will need to go to reception to ask for them. They are not in the room. We didn’t do breakfast in the hotel or use the pool so I can’t comment on that. There is a massive hyper market within the Val D’Europe mall within a 10 minute walk with anything you will need.

Double charged room tax at the front desk although it had already been paid in full via disney.. placed us into a room with touch screen hob while there with an autistic child... completely unsuitable and unhelpful

We stayed for 2 days but never again. Upon arrival, the room was 31 degrees, there is no air conditioning, the window in the bedroom could be opened but then they could step into your bed, so it had to be closed at night. The door was so broken that you had to open and close it with full force, and everyone could hear the noise. The sofa bed was broken and heavily used, the breakfast buffet was worthless and inedible, and there was a lot of noise. Luckily, we were away for long days at Disney, but we didn't sleep a wink both nights. Do not recommend this hotel.
