No hot water to wash so we asked for the refund. To flee because moreover the rooms are not in tune with the times

Unfortunately, every cabinet or radiator in the rooms (we had two) was covered with two fingers of dust. Cleanliness absolutely to review. Too bad because the guy in reception was nice, convenient parking and was two minutes from a nice shopping center where you could dine at modici.Colazione simple but nothing was missing and the buffet was provided.

A shame, reservation made 6 months ago... this lady at reception tells me that it's not possible, that it's full. without even consulting your reservations. I provided supporting proof, email of my reservation made on your official website, my payment, and I was even asked to cancel the stay by incurring €96 at my expense. This lady didn't want to know anything, didn't want to find a solution, no excuses...Scandalous hotel, I'm obviously waiting for explanations, a response to this notice or email sent today. THANKS
